Freetricity Announcement

Hello, this is Troy Amason, President of TroLor Enterprises.

As our first public venture TroLor wanted to provide a product and service that would both help our customers and allow us to participate in saving our environment. We created a division known as Trade Winds and set about to sell and install what appeared to us as a revolutionary new product. A company named Freetricity was marketing a new wind turbine that looked amazing. On 5/29/07 we purchased a four county territory and three turbines. We were told that there would be an eight-day lag between order and shipment. As of today 11/29/07 that original order of three turbines is still not completed. The company representative has made numerous promises that remain unfulfilled. I have finally received two of their 1200w units. After testing these units, one mounted on a house and one using a fan and weather station in a garage neither of those units has performed as promised. I have been unable to charge any battery under any circumstances using the Freetricity product. I had these batteries tested at Interstate Batteries headquarters in Dallas and an engineer there found nothing wrong with the battery. All test batteries charged and held charge fine when using a standard battery charger plugged into 120v power supply. My request for refund was denied. I have been contacted through this website by several other people that say they are also distributors of this product and they report similar experiences. I have no way to substantiate these other individuals or their claims other than the fact that they contacted me and seem reasonable.

It is for the above reasons that TroLor Enterprises will not sell Freetricity products to our customers. TroLor will only sell products that we can deliver in a timely manor and that we have confidence will provide what the customer expects or more!
